Workshops
Immersive movement experiences designed for connection, exploration, and discovery.
Courtney’s workshops offer a deeper way to explore movement in community. Each experience is shaped around a particular theme or practice, creating space to move beyond the everyday and engage the body with greater attention, curiosity, and awareness.
Workshops range from 60–90 minutes and are welcoming to all levels.
Workshops are offered publicly and can also be brought to studios, retreat centers, schools, workplaces, wellness spaces, and private gatherings.

A restorative movement experience
RESET is an invitation to release tension and return to a more balanced physical state.
Through a gentle combination of Pilates-inspired strengthening, yoga-based stretching, meditation, and guided movement, participants are led through a sequence designed to restore breath, posture, and natural alignment.
With attention to anatomical awareness and mindful movement, the body begins to soften and reorganize naturally.
Participants often leave feeling lighter, calmer, and quietly re-energized.
-
A dance-inspired movement experience
FLOW explores the relationship between music, movement, and natural rhythm.
Drawing inspiration from modern dance and ballet, participants are guided through simple movement phrases that develop coordination, balance, and expressive motion. Rather than learning choreography, the workshop invites participants to experience how the body naturally responds to music.
Throughout the session, Courtney introduces ideas through demonstration, conversation, and guided practice, allowing participants time to explore movement with curiosity and awareness.
Gentle stretching and breath awareness are woven throughout the workshop, creating an experience that feels both grounding and energizing.
Participants often leave feeling more open, expressive, and comfortable moving with music.
-
Building calm, embodied strength
STRENGTHEN explores strength as something that grows from awareness rather than force.
Inspired by ballet conditioning, Pilates principles, and functional movement, this workshop introduces strengthening exercises that support posture, stability, and coordination.
With attention to alignment and anatomical understanding, participants discover how the body organizes itself when movement is approached with care.
The experience leaves participants feeling supported, steady, and more confident in their bodies.

A movement experience inspired by Isadora Duncan and Greek myth
Archetypes in Motion is an invitation to step into your most radiant, authentic, and embodied self.
Guided by Courtney Ramm—whose work continues the lineage of modern dance pioneer Isadora Duncan (1877–1927)—this workshop explores movement as a pathway to imagination, expression, and inner discovery.

The experience combines elements of movement, reflection, and shared exploration, creating a space that is both thoughtful and lighthearted.
No dance experience is required. All are welcome to move, explore, and discover the archetypal energies that live within their own bodies.
