One-on-One Sessions
Move with less pain and tension. Build strength and mobility. Feel better in your body—every day.
One-on-one sessions are designed to create meaningful changes in how your body feels and functions, whether you want to rebuild strength, move with greater ease, recover after pregnancy or injury, improve mobility and posture, or simply feel more comfortable and confident in your body.
Since 2010, Courtney has worked with private clients around the world, creating highly individualized movement programs that meet each person where they are and evolve as their body and goals change.
Each 60-minute session draws from Courtney’s extensive background in dance, kinesiology, Pilates, yoga, functional and rehabilitative movement, myofascial release, stretching, strength training, meditation, breath, alignment, and healing arts. Rather than addressing the body in isolated parts, Courtney looks at how you move as a whole and selects the practices most useful for you.
Together, you might work to release chronic tightness, restore mobility, strengthen areas that feel weak or unsupported, improve balance and coordination, develop more efficient movement patterns, or reconnect with a body that simply hasn’t felt like your own lately.
Clients also receive simple, personalized practices to use between sessions, so progress continues beyond the hour and becomes part of everyday life.
One-on-one sessions may be especially supportive for:
Postpartum mothers rebuilding core strength and recovering from diastasis recti
Professionals experiencing stiffness, tension, or postural strain from sedentary and screen-based work
Individuals recovering from injury or navigating ongoing physical limitations
Dancers and movers interested in refinement, injury prevention, and longevity
Seniors wanting to maintain strength, balance, mobility, and independence
Individuals with neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s, seeking support for coordination, mobility, and functional movement
Anyone who feels stiff, out of shape, disconnected from their body, or unsure where to begin—and wants individualized support without the pressure of a group class
You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or experienced to begin.
There’s nothing to perform here. Just a place to begin again.
